
Purpose: Using the Bungee Incline (in development) with a Bungee Block on top creates a great surface for the Back Handspring. It gives a slightly sloped surface to encourage length in the back handspring. Having the obstacle, Air Barrel (in development) at the end helps to ensure that the athlete is lifting their chest out of the back handspring in hopes of completing a second skill. Set up: Bungee Incline (in development) with a Bungee Block on top of that placed in front of a resi pit or mat stack with an Air Barrel (in development) placed over the gap between bungee products and mats.
